Our Client is an American company with a strong background in precision instruments and a rapidly expanding portfolio in industrial electronics. They are seeking a CFO for the newly created chapter in Malaysia to lead execution of the financial strategy for Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. This is a new role.
The role
As CFO, you will lead the regional finance team across the key markets of Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. You will work alongside other C-suite team members and be responsible for fiscal and regulatory matters.
You will be a key member of the leadership team supporting growth plans, and accountable for regional business performance including cost management, supply chain and analysis of business-improvement opportunities.
The candidate
Our Client seeks a candidate with a relevant degree and a track record in a senior finance or CFO capacity. CPA and/or MBA qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in debt restructuring and private-equity investment management is preferred.
