Born from the lessons of a crisis
The global financial crisis of 2007–2008 had an unprecedented impact on national economies, businesses and individuals across the world. In the midst of these challenging consequences emerged many invaluable lessons. One of the most valuable was the resilience and innovation shown by those behind the remarkable recoveries.
In response, Talent Asia Consulting was created in 2009 by a group of international professionals who had taken on these hard-learned lessons and were determined to make a difference by helping to transform businesses and individuals alike.
Through years of practice, Talent Asia concluded that more than 90% of business failures are the direct result of poor execution — despite brilliant strategies. Further in-depth research and industry validation indicated that the number-one root cause for a lack of executional excellence is people, or people-related issues.
Our primary goal is to help businesses design a high-performance, supportive workplace that nurtures and empowers every employee to reach their individual potential.
